We love the Risograph for it's sheer simplicity.
Limited ink colours, drying times of up to a month, it's always a surprise to see what comes out of this little beauty. Manufactured in Japan in 1980, the RISOGRAPH was designed for economical high-volume photocopying. We've hijacked that technology to produce some cool art.

Here at Riso Soup Central we are always humbled by the skill and creativity of the many acquaintances we meet regularly. Whether it be through exhibitions, concerts, parties or even grabbing a coffee, we're confronted with amazing artworks daily.
So we decided to pool this creative talent and stir it into a big murky bowl of inky Riso Soup. 16 artists' names were put in a hat and randomly allocated a colour (Red, Green, Black or Blue).
4 weeks on and we have a batch of pant-wettingly fantastic art prints to show off.
